Graham Beck Brut is a renowned South African sparkling wine, often referred to as the "President's Choice" due to its selection for both Nelson Mandela's inauguration and Barack Obama's presidential nomination celebration. This non-vintage Brut is crafted from a blend of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from multiple regions across the Western Cape, including the estate's own vineyards.

The wine exhibits light yeasty aromas and fresh limey fruit on the nose. On the palate, it offers rich creamy complexity, with an exceptionally fine mousse contributing to its freshness and finesse.

Both varietals are handpicked, with Chardonnay harvested for fruit and elegance, and Pinot Noir for complexity and length of flavor. Whole bunch pressing ensures fractional recovery, and after settling, the two varietals are fermented separately. They are then blended, bottled, and left for 15 to 18 months on yeast lees before disgorgement.
