‘Orange’ is made from 90% Grüner Veltliner and 10% Roter Traminer, both from single vineyards. The wine is fermented with the grape skins for three weeks and aged in stainless steel for six months before being bottled without any fining or filtering. It has a light tangerine color and aromas of yellow apple and vanilla cookies. On the taste, it’s like an orange creamsicle—sweet and citrusy—but still dry, with flavors of apple, spice, and a clean, refreshing finish. It’s also certified organic.
